Codeplug with some Berlin Repeaters, maritime and PMR/Freenet Channels

This is my up to date codeplug for the 1701.

I suggest the agreement to upload codeplugs with EMPTY field for callsign and 1 for DMR ID (because field can't be empty). So inexperienced users won’t send with wrong identities by accident.
